The 2-pole motor operates reliably in drainage fluids containing up to 10% dry matter content within a wide pH range of 5 to 9.

Wear resistance comes from a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller designed to resist wear from abrasive particles in suspension. It maintains smooth movement for solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that sucked-up site debris is displaced through the housing without settling or causing performance drop-off. Streamlining the internal flow path protects the cast iron housing from localized wear during automatic discharge cycles.

Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals and a side flow cooling mechanism that transfers motor heat to the pumped media provide robust protection. A gray cast iron frame and anti-wicking cable entry block guard against moisture ingress. Optional accessories include a structural steel electrode probe cover to protect critical control components from impact in harsh environments.
