Automatic excavation dewatering becomes energy-efficient with this submersible pump's integrated level detection system. An innovative electrode type relay unit automatically manages start and stop cycles based on water level contact, eliminating dry-running and excessive mechanical stress. This mechanism is ideal for construction environments where maintaining a clear site under fluctuating levels is critical.

Powered by a 1.5 kW / 415v motor, the unit produces up to approximately 670 L/Min flow and up to approximately 14.4 m of head through its 80 mm bore. The combination provides consistent horizontal displacement and stable vertical lift for automatic excavation dewatering. The system handles drainage fluids with up to 10% dry matter and operates reliably in varied chemical runoff across a pH range of 5 to 9.

Pumping performance is supported by a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller that resists the erosive impact of high-velocity abrasive particles. The pump maintains smooth passage for solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring site debris is moved through the housing without settling or causing performance drop-off. This design ensures that abrasive particles are carried through the pump with minimal casing impact, extending the service life of the pump housing.

Dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces are isolated in an oil chamber featuring Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter. A top discharge design and side flow cooling mechanism ensure effective motor heat dissipation. An anti-wicking cable entry block and circle thermal protector built into the 1.5 kW motor housing guard against moisture and thermal stress.

    FEATURES

    • Integrated electrode relay unit provides reliable automatic operation to prevent dry-running and reduce power costs.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides superior abrasion resistance compared to standard ductile iron.
    • Side flow discharge design maintains effective motor cooling even when the unit operates exposed to air.
    • Selectable discharge orientation prevents discharge hose folding and simplifies installation on site.
    • Double-face silicon carbide mechanical seals provide ultimate durability against abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter ensures seal lubrication even down to one-third of the normal oil level.
    • Anti-wicking cable block protects the motor from moisture ingress through the electrical cable sheaths.
    • Built-in circle thermal protector proactively monitors motor temperature and interrupts the circuit during overload.
