Wash water pumping and site water control become more efficient with this submersible unit's electrode-controlled operation. An innovative relay unit automatically manages start and stop cycles based on water level contact, eliminating dry-running and associated mechanical stress. This mechanism contributes to a significant reduction in power consumption and extends the overall pump service life.

Driven by a 2.2 kW / 415v motor, the system is capable of up to approximately 800 L/Min flow and up to approximately 20.4 m of head through an 80 mm bore. This performance provides consistent vertical lift and stable volume for automatic site drawdown. The 2-pole induction motor handles drainage fluids containing up to 10% dry matter and within a wide pH range of 5 to 9.

Hydraulic efficiency is maintained by a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller designed to resist wear from abrasive site debris in suspension. The pump maintains smooth movement for solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that sucked-up site debris is displaced effectively through the side flow housing. Streamlining the internal flow path protects the cast iron housing from localized wear during automatic site water management cycles.

Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals are isolated in an oil chamber with Tsurumi's proprietary Oil Lifter. A gray cast iron frame and top discharge design enable efficient motor cooling. An anti-wicking cable entry block and circle thermal protector guard the 2.2 kW motor from thermal overload and overcurrent.

    FEATURES

    • Innovative automatic electrode relay enables floatless operation and reduces energy consumption by up to 40%.
    • Dry-running prevention proactively extends pump operating life by eliminating the stress of air-pumping.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides extreme resistance to erosive wear in abrasive site duty.
    • Top discharge, side flow cooling path enables continuous duty even when the liquid level is below the housing.
    • Multi-directional hose coupling allows for vertical or inclined alignment to simplify site installation.
    • Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals offer five times higher corrosion and heat resistance than tungsten carbide.
    • Patented Oil Lifter ensures seal face lubrication and cooling down to one-third of the normal level.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects the motor from capillary water incursion and condensation.
