Aggregate and construction projects benefit from this high-output automatic submersible pump's ability to manage site water without cumbersome floats. Electrode-controlled operation automatically starts and stops the unit to prevent dry-running and reduce power consumption by up to 40%. This mechanism contributes to a significantly longer operating life while maintaining safe site water levels.

Equipped with a 3.7 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system generates up to approximately 29 m of head and up to approximately 900 L/Min flow. This output provides powerful vertical lift for automatic site drainage through an 80 mm discharge. The 2-pole dry-type motor operates reliably in drainage fluids containing up to 10% dry matter within a wide pH range of 5 to 9.

Wear resistance comes from a high-chromium cast iron semi-open impeller designed to resist wear from abrasive site debris in suspension. The pump maintains smooth movement for solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring that site water is displaced effectively through the side flow housing. Streamlining the internal flow path protects the cast iron housing from localized wear during automatic site water management cycles.

Dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces are isolated in an oil chamber featuring Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter. A gray cast iron body and top discharge design ensure efficient motor cooling during drawdown. An anti-wicking cable entry block and circle thermal protector built into the motor housing guard against moisture and thermal stress.

    FEATURES

    • Innovative automatic electrode relay unit prevents dry-running and dramatically reduces operational energy costs.
    • Powerful 29 m vertical lift capability makes this automatic model ideal for site drawdown and water transfer.
    • Dry-running prevention proactively extends pump service life by eliminating the stress of air-pumping cycles.
    • High-chromium iron semi-open impeller provides superior resistance to erosion in abrasive drainage duty.
    • Top discharge, side flow cooling design ensures reliability even when running in air-exposed conditions.
    • Double-face silicon carbide mechanical seals offer extreme durability against abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Patented Oil Lifter ensures consistent lubrication of mechanical seal faces even if the oil level is low.
    • Anti-wicking cable block protects the motor housing from capillary moisture incursion and internal condensation.
