    Pairs well with

Operating in aggressive mining and construction runoff, this dual impeller submersible pump is designed for high-head dewatering where vertical lift is paramount. The 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) construction allows the unit to resist corrosion in fluids with a pH value as low as 3. Its slim cylindrical profile facilitates deployment in well casings, making it a practical choice for deep well dewatering tasks.

Driven by an 11 kW / 415v motor, the pumping system reaches an 81 m max head and provides an 80 mm discharge for consistent site dewatering. It delivers a flow capacity of 700 L/Min using a Direct on Line starting method. This 2-pole induction motor is continuous-duty rated, providing the stable hydraulic performance required for high-pressure discharge in corrosive environments.

The hydraulic assembly features a dual closed impeller configuration manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting to achieve superior discharge pressure. It facilitates the passage of solids up to 8.5 mm, ensuring site debris is moved through the housing without obstructing the high-pressure stages. The top discharge, flow-thru design provides efficient motor cooling during extended drawdown cycles.

Mechanical integrity is supported by a 316 stainless steel frame and shaft, with dual inside mechanical seals isolated in an oil chamber. Protection features include seal pressure relief ports and an original Tsurumi Oil Lifter to maintain lubrication of the seal faces. FKM rubber parts and integrated galvanic anodes enhance the unit's resistance to chemical attack and electrolytic corrosion in wastewater.

    FEATURES

    • Dual closed impeller configuration provides the hydraulic power necessary to achieve a high 81 m discharge head.
    • All wetted parts are manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) for maximum chemical and acid resistance.
    • Top discharge, flow-thru cooling system provides efficient motor cooling for continuous operation at low water levels and extended dry-run capability.
    • Dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces offer superior resistance to abrasion and dry-heating in mining duty.
    • Seal pressure relief ports prevent the high internal pumping pressure from overloading the mechanical shaft seal.
    • Equipped with a labyrinth ring to provide a technical countermeasure against wear within the high-pressure casing.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block protects the motor from capillary moisture incursion even if the cable is damaged.
    • Zinc galvanic anodes are integrated to provide cathodic protection against corrosive potential in mining wastewater.
