    Pairs well with

Designed for demanding deep well dewatering, this high-head submersible pump manages aggressive and corrosive liquids in industrial and mining fields. The slim cylindrical design is engineered for installation in narrow well casings where standard pumps cannot fit. It provides reliable service in fluids with a pH range of 3 to 10, maintaining operational integrity in acidic mine water and chemical treatment plants.

Powered by a 22 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system delivers a flow capacity of 940 L/Min through its 2-pole induction motor. The unit employs a Direct on Line starting method and is continuous-duty rated for intensive vertical discharge. This hydraulic performance provides the lift required for high-elevation water transfer in severe construction and mining applications.

The pumping system utilizes a high-pressure dual impeller assembly manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) to achieve a max head of 102 m. This configuration facilitates the passage of solids up to 8.5 mm through an 80 mm discharge bore. Motor cooling is maximized by a top discharge, flow-thru design that directs the pumped liquid over the motor frame to dissipate heat effectively during site drawdown.

Mechanical durability is provided by dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces and an original Oil Lifter for lubrication. Seal pressure relief ports protect the shaft seal from the extreme internal pressures generated by the dual impeller design. Wetted parts are constructed from 316 stainless steel casting, while rubber components are made of FKM to ensure chemical and heat resistance.

    FEATURES

    • Dual closed impellers manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) achieve a 102 m maximum head for deep excavations and high-head dewatering.
    • Principal parts are made of 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) to withstand aggressive and corrosive chemical fluids.
    • Seal pressure relief ports prevent extreme pumping pressure from reaching the mechanical seal, extending its operating life.
    • Top discharge, flow-thru design provides efficient motor cooling for continuous operation at low water levels and extended dry-run capability.
    • Labyrinth ring construction provides a robust countermeasure against wear caused by high internal casing pressures.
    • Dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces are isolated in an oil chamber for a clean lubricating environment.
    • Proprietary Oil Lifter maintains lubrication of seal faces even if the oil volume falls to one-third of the rated level.
    • Galvanic anodes are integrated into the unit to provide protection against corrosive potential in mine and site runoff.
