    Pairs well with

Designed for severe construction, mining, and aggregate applications, this high-head pump manages aggressive and corrosive liquids that would damage standard metallurgy. The slim cylindrical body is optimized for deep well dewatering, allowing for easy deployment in restricted sumps and well casings. It maintains stability in corrosive media with a pH range from 3 to 10, providing a durable solution for harsh industrial fields.

Equipped with a powerful 110 kW / 415v motor, the pumping system achieves an extreme maximum head of 177 m. It delivers a flow capacity of up to 3000 L/Min through a 150 mm discharge bore, utilizing a Star-Delta starting method. This 2-pole induction motor is engineered for continuous-duty site water management, providing the hydraulic performance required for significant vertical lift.

The high-gap impeller design of this model facilitates the passage of solids up to 10 mm, ensuring site debris is displaced during heavy-duty drainage. The 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) closed impeller resists the erosive impact of abrasive substances found in mine runoff. Pumping action is streamlined by a top discharge, flow-thru design that provides efficient cooling as the liquid passes over the motor frame.

Mechanical construction is highlighted by a built-in leakage sensor in the oil chamber, which detects flooding and alerts operators via an external control panel. The unit utilizes dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces and Tsurumi's original Oil Lifter for cooling. All principal wetted parts are manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting to withstand aggressive and corrosive liquids, including acidic mine runoff.

    FEATURES

    • Electrode-type leakage sensor in the oil chamber provides an early warning system against flooding to protect the motor.
    • Extreme high-head performance up to 177 m supports vertical dewatering tasks in the deepest mine shafts and excavations.
    • Manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) to provide maximum corrosion resistance against acidic and chemical fluids.
    • Top discharge, flow-thru design enables continuous operation at low water levels by utilizing the liquid for motor cooling.
    • Silicon carbide mechanical seal faces offer high corrosion and heat resistance to prevent failures in abrasive duty.
    • Built-in circle thermal protector directly cuts the circuit if excessive heat or electrical overcurrent conditions occur.
    • Seal pressure relief ports reduce the hydraulic load on the mechanical seal, extending the life of the sealing arrangement.
    • Galvanic anodes are integrated to protect the pump against the corrosive potential of the surrounding wastewater.
