    Pairs well with

Intended for aggressive dewatering duties, this submersible corrosion-resistant pump excels in mining and aggregate applications. The 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) construction allows the unit to handle aggressive and corrosive liquids and wastewater containing abrasive substances. Its slim cylindrical design makes it a practical solution for installation within well casings used for deep well dewatering.

A 37 kW / 415v three-phase motor drives this high-head system, which utilizes a Star-Delta starting method for controlled power engagement. The pump provides a maximum head of 89.5 m and delivers a flow rate of up to 2380 L/Min through its 150 mm discharge. This hydraulic output is tuned for high-elevation transfer and deep site drawdown where consistent discharge pressure is critical for operational uptime.

The hydraulic design utilizes a closed impeller manufactured from 316 stainless steel casting (SCS14) with a 6 mm solids passage to facilitate the movement of particles in suspension. Pump hydraulics are protected by a labyrinth ring that improves maintainability by countering high-pressure wear. The top discharge, flow-thru configuration allows the liquid to pass around the motor frame, ensuring efficient heat dissipation during low-level cycles.

Construction features include a 316 stainless steel shaft and frame, complemented by special FKM rubber parts for the mechanical seal, O-rings, and packings. The dual inside mechanical seals run in a clean, non-corrosive environment within an oil chamber. Structural stability is provided by a center flange construction, which maintains a stable installation even when the unit is fixed by the discharge pipe.

    FEATURES

    • 316 stainless steel casting construction considerably improves reliability in heavy-duty corrosive applications.
    • Star-Delta starting method reduces the electrical load during motor engagement, supporting long-term motor and cable integrity.
    • Flow-thru top discharge design provides efficient motor cooling for continuous operation at low water levels and extended dry-run capability.
    • Dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces are isolated in an oil chamber to prevent failure from dry-heating or adhering matter.
    • Seal pressure relief ports protect the shaft seal by discharging wear particles and reducing pressure loading.
    • Proprietary Oil Lifter maintains a stable shaft sealing effect and prolongs seal life by supplying oil to the upper faces.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block protects the motor housing from moisture and condensation caused by temperature differences.
    • Equipped with galvanic anodes to provide cathodic protection against corrosive potential in mining and chemical runoff.
