    Pairs well with

Specially engineered for demanding and harsh industrial environments, the Tsurumi LH845 is suited for Water Transfer where heavy-duty water displacement is critical. This submersible unit operates continuously even in highly challenging physical setups, making it a dependable choice for deep well, mine, or civil engineering worksites.

The pump is equipped with a high-chromium cast iron Closed impeller that handles solid particles up to 20 mm in diameter without clogging. Its hydraulic flow passage is structurally optimized to manage abrasive materials and suspended sediments in muddy water, preventing wear during heavy-duty transfer operations.

On a three-phase power supply, this model exhibits superior hydraulic capability, running on a motor output of 45 kW / 415v. It is designed to pump up to a maximum flow rate of 5500 L/Min and is capable of reaching a maximum total head of 52 m, providing stable fluid movement throughout its service cycle.

Housed in a rugged casing measuring 530 x 1488 mm and weighing 510 kg without cables, this cylindrical, slimline pump fits easily into narrow well casings. It is delivered with a 10 m standard power cable to support deep installations and simplify maintenance in remote field operations.

    FEATURES

    • Tsurumi's exclusive oil lifter device maintains lubrication and cooling of the mechanical seal faces down to one-third of the normal oil level.
    • Labyrinth ring design counteracts high pressure wear within the casing, significantly improving overall maintainability in the field.
    • Galvanic anodes shield the cast iron pump body against corrosive potential generated during wastewater drainage operations.
    • Wear-resistant high-chromium cast iron impeller and mouth ring resist abrasive particles to maintain hydraulic efficiency over time.
    • Seal pressure relief port shields the shaft seal by releasing excessive pump pressure during deep submergence operations.
    • Miniature thermal protectors react to dry-run heat, sending warning signals to a control panel to safely shut down the power supply.
