Dredging operations require equipment capable of moving colossal volumes of thick, sediment-heavy water without faltering. The Tsurumi NKZ611 is a massive slurry pump engineered specifically to maximize fluid transfer rates while aggressively agitating settled debris. Its high-capacity design makes it the ultimate tool for clearing large bodies of water and settling ponds.

Operating on a 415 V three-phase supply, this unit is powered by an 11 kW, 4-pole motor drawing 22.5 Amps. The hydraulic output is extraordinary, achieving a staggering maximum flow of 3900 L/Min and a maximum head of 21.5 m. The massive 150mm discharge ensures that this incredible volume of heavy slurry is evacuated with minimal resistance.

The intake is dominated by a powerful ductile cast iron agitator that fluidizes mud and sand, ensuring a continuous feed. The ductile cast iron semi-open impeller easily processes 30mm solids, pushing them through the wide spiral casing. The slower 4-pole motor speed provides the necessary torque to move this heavy material while reducing internal wear.

This 210 kg cast iron behemoth is designed for continuous, heavy-duty service. A specialized water jacket cools the motor using the pumped liquid, allowing the pump to operate safely even when exposed to air. The internal components are protected by dual silicon carbide mechanical seals, an OIL LIFTER, and a Circle Thermal Protector.

    FEATURES

    • Paired with a huge 150mm discharge to move unprecedented volumes of thick slurry and sediment rapidly.
    • Powerfully fluidizes settled mud, sand, and debris at the intake, ensuring a smooth, continuous pumping process.
    • The integrated water jacket actively cools the motor, permitting safe operation even at extremely low water levels.
    • Delivers immense rotational force at lower speeds, reducing the erosive impact of pumping highly abrasive materials.
    • The semi-open impeller and wide spiral casing are specifically engineered to pass large debris without clogging.
    • Provides a robust, heat-resistant barrier against water and abrasive intrusion, kept lubricated by the patented Oil Lifter.
