Heavy-duty chemical processing and industrial wastewater transfer are efficiently managed by this guide rail fitted 11 kW submersible pump. It is engineered to handle aggressive liquids and water of a corrosive nature in industrial sumps where easy maintenance access is required. The 316 stainless steel casting construction provides outstanding corrosion resistance by resisting chemical attack from fluids with a pH value as low as 3.

Equipped with an 11 kW / 415v motor, the system delivers a maximum head of approximately 44 m and a peak flow capacity of approximately 1940 L/Min. This motor utilizes a Star-Delta starting method and is continuous-duty rated for intensive vertical transfer. The guide rail system facilitates quick deployment in restricted sumps for site water management through an 80 mm discharge bore.

The semi-open multi-vane impeller facilitates the passage of solids up to 23 mm, ensuring the displacement of large suspended debris. The pump incorporates a seal pressure relief port to protect the mechanical seal from extreme pumping pressure by diverting abrasive particles away. This hydraulic design helps maintain reliable operation when handling aggressive and abrasive particles found in chemical treatment plants.

The guide rail fitting system allows quick hoisting and inspection without personnel entering corrosive sumps, simplifying routine maintenance. Mechanical integrity is supported by a 316 stainless steel shaft and frame, with dual inside mechanical seals isolated in an oil chamber featuring an Oil Lifter. Protection is enhanced by miniature thermal protectors in the windings and FKM rubber parts for chemical resistance.

    FEATURES

    • TOS guide rail system facilitates automatic piping connection for maintenance without entering the corrosive industrial sump.
    • High-output 11 kW motor provides a 44 m head and 1940 L/Min flow for demanding process handling applications.
    • SCS14 (316 stainless steel casting) construction provides ultimate reliability in aggressive and corrosive industrial liquids.
    • Semi-open multi-vane impeller allows for the passage of solids up to 23 mm while maintaining hydraulic efficiency.
    • Seal pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal by drawing abrasive particles away and reducing hydraulic pressure.
    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in motor windings provide proactive protection by shutting the power during heat build-up.
    • Dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces provide high resistance to abrasion and chemical erosion in mining duty.
    • Tsurumi's patented Oil Lifter ensures the upper seal faces remain lubricated even at one-third of the rated oil volume.
