    Pairs well with

Chemical processing plants, industrial wastewater systems, and corrosive sumps requiring simplified maintenance are well served by this guide rail fitted submersible corrosion-resistant pump. It is designed to handle aggressive liquids and water of a corrosive nature without the need for manual retrieval from deep sumps. The 316 stainless steel casting construction ensures durability when the pump is exposed to acidic chemical agents or corrosive site runoff.

This 5.5 kW / 415v unit achieves a maximum head of approximately 30 m and delivers a flow rate of approximately 1200 L/Min through an 80 mm discharge. The dry-type induction motor is continuous-duty rated and utilizes a Direct on Line starting method. It manages corrosive liquids with up to 10% dry matter, providing stable hydraulic performance in wastewater with pH levels between 3 and 10.

The hydraulic configuration utilizes a 316 stainless steel casting semi-open multi-vane impeller that facilitates the passage of solids up to 18 mm. The pump incorporates a seal pressure relief port to protect the mechanical seal from high internal pumping pressure. This design helps maintain reliable operation while handling aggressive solids and abrasive particles common in industrial wastewater treatment and corrosive liquid transfer.

The guide rail fitting system enables automatic connection to the discharge pipe, simplifying inspection and routine maintenance without entering the sump. Mechanical integrity is supported by dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces and a proprietary Oil Lifter for lubrication. Protection is enhanced by FKM rubber parts for chemical resistance and a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing.

    FEATURES

    • Guide rail fitting system (TOS) allows for easy maintenance and inspection without the need to enter the corrosive sump.
    • SCS14 (316 stainless steel casting) construction provides superior durability in aggressive sewage and corrosive industrial liquids.
    • Semi-open multi-vane impeller facilitates the passage of solids up to 18 mm while resisting the impact of abrasive runoff.
    • Seal pressure relief port protects the mechanical shaft seal by diverting excessive pumping pressure away from the seal faces.
    • Dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces offer 5x higher resistance to wear and heat than standard tungsten carbide.
    • Oil Lifter maintains a stable lubricating environment for the shaft seal even if the lubricant level falls to one-third volume.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block protects the motor housing from moisture incursion caused by capillary action or damage.
    • FKM (FPM) rubber parts for O-rings and packings offer high resistance to aggressive chemical substances and thermal stress.
