Industrial dewatering and corrosive wastewater transfer are the focus of this guide rail fitted submersible pump. Constructed from 316 stainless steel casting, it provides outstanding corrosion resistance for handling aggressive liquids and water of a corrosive nature in deep sumps. The TOS guide rail system simplifies maintenance by allowing for automatic connection to discharge piping when the pump is lowered into position.

Powered by a 7.5 kW / 415v motor, the pumping system achieves a maximum head of approximately 35 m and a peak flow of approximately 2000 L/Min. This induction motor is continuous-duty rated and utilizes a Direct on Line starting method through an 80 mm discharge bore. The system is engineered to handle drainage water with up to 10% dry matter and maintain stability across a pH range from 3 to 10.

The hydraulic design features a semi-open multi-vane impeller made of 316 stainless steel casting to facilitate the passage of solids up to 23 mm. The pump incorporates a seal pressure relief port to prevent high hydraulic pressure from overloading the mechanical seal faces. This configuration assists the movement of abrasive particles through the housing during high-volume corrosive liquid transfer.

The guide rail fitting system enables automatic connection to the discharge pipe, simplifying inspection and routine maintenance without entering the sump. Mechanical construction includes dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces and FKM rubber components for chemical compatibility. Protection is provided by a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing and a moisture-resistant anti-wicking cable entry block.

    FEATURES

    • TOS guide rail fitting system connects the pump to piping easily for maintenance without the need to enter the corrosive sump.
    • Manufactured from SCS14 (316 stainless steel casting) for maximum reliability in aggressive and acidic industrial fluids.
    • Semi-open multi-vane impeller with 23 mm solids handling capability ensures the displacement of significant site debris.
    • Integrated seal pressure relief port protects the shaft seal by diverting pumping pressure and abrasive particles.
    • Dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces provide superior resistance to abrasion and chemical corrosion.
    • Proprietary Oil Lifter ensures consistent lubrication of the seal faces even if the lubricant level is significantly low.
    • FKM (FPM) rubber parts for O-rings and packings offer chemical resistance for wastewater with pH levels between 3 and 10.
    • Circle thermal protector in the motor housing proactively interrupts the circuit during thermal stress or overcurrent.
