West Coast Poly WCP1000FF 1000L Compact Fire Fighting Unit with Honda GX160 Petrol Engine

Mobile water transfer and emergency agricultural fire defence are provided by the West Coast Poly WCP1000FF Compact Fireguard unit. Sized for farm properties, regional estates, and civil water carriage, this slip-on apparatus installs on trayback utility vehicles, trailers, or small truck beds for swift relocation under fire threats.

The liquid tank has a capacity of 1,000L and is manufactured from UV-stabilised polymer. This single-piece vessel contains no welded joints to eliminate leak zones. Sized for flatbeds, the dimension metrics of the entire skid assembly are 1.50m in width, 1.20m in length, and 1.335m in height, establishing transport balance on standard trays.

A Davey 5155HV single impeller firefighter pump operates with a 5.5hp Honda GX160 petrol engine for high pressure discharge. The delivery system has a cast aluminium hose reel with manual locking and smooth guide rollers. A 30m x 25mm fire hose is wound on the reel and coupled to an adjustable flow discharge spray nozzle.

The complete assembly is mounted on a hot dipped galvanised steel skid frame with integrated side fork pockets. Plumbing connections utilize standard 40mm camlock quick connection fittings. An included 6m suction hose with a foot valve is supplied to enable tank self-filling from dams or creeks. Inspection is via a hinged lid.
