West Coast Poly WCP800FR 800L Skid Mounted Fire Responder with Honda GX160 Petrol Engine

Landholders requiring high mobility during active fire emergencies are served by the West Coast Poly WCP800FR Skid Mounted Fire Responder. This system is created for rural land fire response, civil water transport, and emergency washdown. Sized for utility vehicles, the low-profile layout provides base stability on rugged on-farm roads.

Constructed from polymer, the liquid tank holds a capacity of 800L. Sized for light flatbeds, the physical footprint dimensions are approximately 1.50m in width, 1.80m in length, and 0.86m in height on its skid. The low height coordinates weight across the vehicle tray, creating low vertical center of gravity during transit on unpaved farm tracks.

A Davey 5155HV single impeller firefighter pump operates with a 5.5hp Honda GX160 petrol engine to supply high-pressure water stream discharge. Fluid control is managed via a cast aluminium hose reel with manual winding and smooth guide rollers. A 30m length of 25mm fire hose is installed on the reel with an adjustable spray nozzle.

The complete system is mounted on a hot dipped galvanised steel skid frame with integrated cargo tie-down locations. The piping network features 40mm or 50mm camlock quick connection fittings. Liquid self-filling is achieved via a 6m suction hose with a foot valve for pulling water from dams. Standard colours Natural White, Yellow, or Red are offered.
