    Pairs well with

Collecting and elevating mixed domestic wastewater and effluent is highly efficient with the Zenit blueBOX 150 lifting station. This versatile unit provides a reliable sewage disposal alternative for residential toilets, washing machines, and sinks situated lower than the primary sewer network.

This lifting station is supplied without a pump. Engineering compatibility supports three distinct Zenit submersible pump ranges, specifically the DG Blue, DG Blue Pro, and GR Blue Pro series. Hydraulic output and electrical draw depend on the selected pump model, accommodating single-phase configurations with motor capacities up to 0.74 kW to match high-volume lift requirements.

Hydraulic versatility allows for multiple installation options, utilizing a pre-installed vertical discharge line designed for seamless 1½" (40 mm) nominal PVC pipework connections. Depending on the fitted pump, solid handling can range from wide-passage vortex clearances to high-pressure macerating grinders that shred fibrous wastes.

The highly stable, rotomoulded polyethylene reservoir has a generous 150-litre holding capacity while maintaining a light-weight structural profile of 13.7 kg for straightforward site positioning. Operating limits specify a continuous liquid temperature of 40°C, with the ability to safely process short washing cycles up to 80°C for up to 3 minutes.

    Features

    • Spacious 150-litre rotomoulded polyethylene reservoir for robust residential wastewater collection.
    • Highly versatile design accepting both set-back vortex drainage and high-head grinder series pumps.
    • Pre-configured vertical discharge port designed for seamless 1½" (40 mm) nominal PVC pipe connection.
    • Sealed cable gland routing interface actively preventing liquid escape and foul odour emissions.
    • Pre-machined outer casing flat surfaces enabling easy and precise core drilling for inlet pipes.
    • Moulded structural design offering high resistance to soil pressure during semi-submerged use.
    • Robust rubber gaskets included for fast, airtight connections around the incoming sewer piping.
