This complete, professional-grade package is engineered for collecting and elevating raw sewage, graywater, and municipal wastewater from laundry tubs, commercial sinks, and residential toilets situated below the sewer mains.
This lifting station is supplied with a pre-installed Zenit DG-Blue pump. Driven by an integrated Zenit DG-Blue 100/2/G40VMG single-phase submersible pump, the system delivers dependable hydraulic performance. Powered by a heavy-duty 0.74 kW (1.0 hp) single-phase 240V motor, the pre-installed pump achieves a maximum flow rate of 430 L/min and reaches a maximum vertical discharge head of 11.5 metres.
Solid handling is managed through an advanced set-back vortex impeller system that accommodates soft particles up to 40 mm in diameter, preventing blockages in demanding waste lines. The system has a vertical discharge configuration, pre-plumbed with robust 1½" (40 mm) nominal PVC pipework and a high-strength connection seal.
The structural layout consists of a rugged 250-litre rotomoulded polyethylene collecting basin, offering exceptional chemical resistance and impact strength. It features an automated start-stop function via a pre-wired mechanical float switch and is designed for continuous operating liquid temperatures up to 40°C, with hot wash cycles up to 80°C for up to 3 minutes.
