Heavy-duty civil wastewater handling and raw domestic sewage evacuation are highly efficient with the Zenit blueBOX 250DG lifting station. Purpose-built for high-volume collection and transfer, this below-ground-installable unit is designed to handle trade waste, rainwater, and municipal sewage in locations where gravity flow is obstructed.

This lifting station is supplied without a pump. Operating performance is optimized for the Zenit DG Blue and DG Blue Pro submersible series of wastewater pumps. Pumping pressure, maximum head capability, and flow rate ranges are dictated by the specific single-phase electric pump installed in the system, with standard compatible pump power outputs going up to 0.74 kW.

The internal discharge layout features pre-fitted 1½" nominal galvanised vertical delivery pipework and robust connection gaskets. Soft solids are handled reliably via the vortex action of the selected pump, which easily accommodates suspended sediments and soft particles without clogging critical hydraulic junctions.

Constructed from industrial-grade rotomoulded polyethylene, the spacious 250-litre basin has a sturdy pack weight of 22 kg for reliable installation in concrete pits or beneath garage floors. The structural design maintains structural stability at continuous operating temperatures up to 40°C, and resists short cycles up to 80°C for a maximum of 3 minutes.

    Features

    • Large 250-litre structural-grade polyethylene basin specifically optimized for in-ground concrete pit installations.
    • Pre-assembled internal discharge system featuring 1½" (40 mm) nominal heavy-duty vertical galvanised steel delivery pipework.
    • Optimized for high-volume vortex series submersible pumps handling raw sewage and trade wastes.
    • Airtight and odour-proof circular walk-on cover providing pedestrian-safe access and simple maintenance.
    • Supplied complete with robust rubber inlet and outlet sealing gaskets to ensure absolute leak-proof service.
    • Multiple pre-moulded external flat faces for highly flexible, multi-directional inlet pipework drilling.
    • Heavy-duty structural ribbing along the external tank walls actively resisting hydrostatic soil pressures.
