    Pairs well with

High-head sewage transfer and industrial effluent discharge are highly efficient with the Zenit blueBOX 250GR automatic collecting station. Designed for demanding applications where wastewater contains stringy or fibrous materials, this high-capacity unit provides a powerful lift solution for commercial properties, civil pits, and industrial plants.

This lifting station is supplied without a pump. Designed for compatibility with the high-performance Zenit GR-Blue Pro submersible grinder series, the station is optimized for high-pressure operation. Since this model is supplied as a bare collecting station with pre-assembled coupling fittings, the system operating flow rate, head pressure, and electrical specs are defined by the specific grinder pump fitted.

The heavy-duty mechanical layout is fitted with an integrated cast iron coupling foot with a vertical discharge, pre-assembled 2" nominal pipework, and a built-in air bleed. It is equipped with a high-capacity 2" ball-type non-return valve that actively prevents the backflow of high-head pumped liquids into the 250-litre reservoir.

Composed of rotomoulded chemical-resistant polyethylene, the rugged 250-litre tank structure weighs 24 kg and is designed to endure extreme chemical environments. It operates continuously at fluid temperatures of 40°C, with the physical integrity to withstand thermal peaks of 80°C for up to 3 minutes during hot-water drain cycles.

    Features

    • Heavy-duty 250-litre rotomoulded structural polyethylene collecting basin designed to withstand corrosive waste.
    • Integrated cast iron coupling foot featuring a 2" (50 mm) vertical discharge and automatic air bleed.
    • Pre-installed 2-inch ball non-return valve actively preventing high-pressure fluid backflow.
    • Perfect physical compatibility with high-head Zenit GR-Blue Pro submersible grinder pumps.
    • Integrated guide hook and pre-assembled internal piping for quick, rail-guided pump descent and recovery.
    • Odour-tight pedestrian-load circular top cover for clean, safe, and secure sub-floor installation.
    • Pre-drilled structural flat surfaces with robust rubber seals to easily accommodate standard inlet pipework.
