Collecting and elevating domestic wastewater from residential fixtures is highly efficient with the Zenit blueBOX 60 collecting station. Engineered to operate in environments where standard gravity-fed drainage is unavailable, this compact unit serves as a dependable utility for basement suites, laundry facilities, and utility rooms.
This lifting station is supplied without a pump. Designed as a standalone polyethylene vessel, the system is engineered to work in conjunction with high-efficiency Zenit DG-Blue submersible drainage pumps. Since this configuration is supplied as a bare collecting tank, hydraulic performance is determined by the specific single-phase pump selected, with compatibility spanning models from 0.30 kW to 0.74 kW.
Solid handling within the station is expertly managed via the set-back vortex hydraulics of the compatible pump series, which easily pass suspended solids up to 40 mm. The physical layout incorporates a pre-machined vertical discharge pipework configuration utilizing standard 1½" (40 mm) nominal PVC pipe connections for leak-free, high-pressure operation.
Construction features a rotomoulded high-density polyethylene reservoir with a total storage capacity of 60 litres, presenting high resistance to mechanical impacts and chemical corrosion. Designed for a continuous liquid temperature of 40°C, the durable tank can also manage short hot-water washing machine cycles up to 80°C for a maximum duration of 3 minutes.
