Disposing of graywater from laundry tubs and basin wastes is highly efficient with the Zenit blueBOX 90 lifting station. Specially designed for compact residential layouts, this system provides a reliable wastewater management solution for basement installations situated below the primary gravity sewer line.

This lifting station is supplied without a pump. Designed to be coupled with the robust Zenit DG-Blue series submersible pumps, the bare polyethylene tank provides a highly stable hydraulic collection vessel. Pumping performance depends entirely on your choice of compatible pump, which supports single-phase power levels from 0.30 kW up to 0.74 kW depending on required lift.

Mechanical layout of the system incorporates a pre-installed vertical discharge line utilizing standardised 1½" (40 mm) nominal PVC pipework for high-pressure delivery. Liquid containing suspended particles is managed cleanly by the set-back vortex impeller of the compatible pump, preventing clogging from soft solids up to 40 mm.

Constructed of tough, corrosion-proof polyethylene, the low-profile 90-litre reservoir features physical dimensions of 480 mm by 370 mm by 610 mm for simple positioning in restricted spaces. It is engineered for a continuous fluid operating temperature limit of 40°C, and handles peak washing cycles up to 80°C for a maximum of 3 minutes.

    Features

    • Heavy-duty 90-litre rotomoulded polyethylene tank designed with pre-machined inlet flat surfaces.
